The Finance and Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees is "charged with oversight of all systemwide fiscal and facilities matters. This includes biennial budget development, tuition, allocation formula, and capital budget requests". [Excerpt from Board Policy 1A.2, part 5, sub B.]
The Finance Division supports the Finance/Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees in the exercise of its responsibility. The Fiscal Year 2016 division work plan items have been developed in consultation with the systemwide chief financial officers and the Finance and Administrative Committee of the Leadership Council in support of the strategic plan.
